Bucket Lists
The idea of creating a Bucket List has not appealed to me. My impression was that it was a trendy, media-driven idea, which everyone jumped on board in order to be able to be a part of the "in" crowd. I've actually become rather anti-Bucket List...until today. Today a friend shared that she had just completed something on her bucket list -- a half-marathon.
This caused me to wonder what I would put on a Bucket List, if I were to have one. So I started to scratch out a few ideas only to have it look like my weekly goal list. Having most nearly always been a rather goal orientated person on a daily and weekly basis, it's hard to shift from a standard to-do list to a Bucket - or Dream List.
My dream capacity has slowly dwindled throughout the last few years as daily routines of job or jobs has encroached into my stores of energy and enthusiasm. How does one begin to dream again...
