Finally Friday
Oh it is so good to know that tomorrow is a no grooming, no going sort of day!
It was a good Friday. RUN done in the early morning. Just as I was about to head out the door on the early side to run an errand before work, we noticed a white rabbit in the yard! Upon a further gaze there were two rabbits...and tipped over hutches...and fallen fence...and a tipped coop...and young chickens out of their dormitory...and feathers...and some remains. Needless to say, there was some activity out there last night - most likely from a bear. Poor creatures; it must have been so scary! A quick text to the chief farmer then I had to head toward town.
No time for the extra errand so straight to work. Fridays are nice as it is often quiet and at this time of year many are taking extra time off. It was a rather productive day, which always makes me happy.
And then the final bookend of Birthday Celebration 2016, which indeed did last two weeks just as the neph' suggested! Today we enjoyed BOGO Dairy Queen Blizzards thanks to a coupon from the Blizzard Club!
My evening guilty pleasure has been Great British Bake Off, which I watch while doing exercises. What a fun program and so inspiring! It almost causes me to want to exercise a little longer - ha!
READ: It's time to make a plan because this book is taking too long. So, at 30 pages a day it can be done in a week. We'll see how that goes.
