Paintbrushes
I remember these as Indian Paintbrushes. And my little girl imagination took me to the deep woods of Wisconsin where Native American women and girls used these lovely flowers to create and decorate. My attempts to paint with flowers and other foliage was far from successful, but much fun and a great memory.

Early this morning I was reminded that we don't need to preach, but rather to simply tell our story.
Write: Another productive day of revising and editing at the office. And here I am again clicking the keyboard!
Run: Long sleeves this morning! A lovely 50-degrees. Almost a pleasant run...dare I hope that I have recovered some of what was lost during the last several weeks...
Listen: This isn't a new challenge area...actually I listen too much! Talk radio, podcasts, news radio... Much of this 30-day challenge is about cutting the ties that bind me to what use to be known as "the radio." Anyway, this morning one of my radio friends shared a scenario and asked if there was regret...if knowing what you know now would you have changed your decision/action. The response: Doing the right thing is never wrong. That's a good reminder -- for today, for tomorrow, for whatever comes our way in days to come.
