Anticipating an August August

Here we are at the start of a new month AND the start of a new week!  You can hardly beat that!  What an opportunity!  So what will it be for the month of August?

For me...

Read, run, and write will be a recurring theme "running" in the background, making an occasional cameo appearance.

Create usually rears its head this month as the Uptown Arts Festival and all its aspirational stimuli takes place the first weekend.

To accelerate the pace to august-ness, let's stir in some elixirs!  A thirty-day challenge is just what the tray full of elixirs (apple cider vinegar, honey, beet juice mix, etc.) needs!

And on a more serious note, a thirty day challenge of purposeful prayer is what my soul needs - along with the souls of family, friends, and the world.
