Prepare for a Fair - Part 1

This morning was experimental day for one of the fair breads. There's an old standby recipe, but this one was intriguing with double the molasses and spices!  

Taste-testers gave it a thumbs up!  But I forgot to grab the camera, so you'll just need to trust me.

While baking I popped in a classic!  Now to bake enough to finish the book!
