Day Two of the Winter Appreciate Challenge

Lights!

The long nights of winter makes the use of twinkly lights almost routine!  

Today's ponderings are influenced by Oswald Chamber and Bill Hybels.

"He went out, not knowing where he was going," Hebrews 11:8.  "Have you ever 'gone out' in this way...the only thing you know is that God knows what He is doing..."  Am I willing to "go out" in every area of my life, trusting God completely?  "...God does not tell you what He is going to do--He reveals to you who He is."

The challenge from Holy Discontent is to be aware of the thing(s) in life that "wreak" you...lean into them rather than pull away...to the point of "It's all I can stand and I can't stand it any more."  More to come...
